Hello everyone,
There is so much to be angry and sad about in the world right now. I am struggling with how to engage with big issue problems AND the more personal ones in my own home.
As a part of my healing journey, I am learning more and more about how anger shows up in my body, and how to process it instead of shoving it down.

No matter where you are on the Feeling Your Anger spectrum, I hope we all know by this point that ignoring, repressing, and dismissing your anger never does you any good. In fact, it often trains you to ignore unsafe and unjust people and to disconnect from your own emotions and body.
I am working on a longer post about what I now consider my “practice” of engaging with and processing my anger, but first I wanted to shamelessly crowd-source from some of the wisest people I know: you all!
So, tell me:
How do you let the anger out these days?
