AMA about Christian publishing, deconversion, whatever!

The past few weeks I have had a few conversations with other writers and the topic of writing in Christian spaces and my deconversion came up. I was going to write an essay about my feelings/thoughts about the three books I have published traditionally in the Christian market but instead I just sat down and recorded a tik tok. @dlmayfieldI’m honestly shocked that more people who were a part of the Christian publishing world HAVEN’T deconverted. I mean I get it but I also don’t. I’m super glad to be out and my mental health has improved SO much but that doesn’t mean it has been easy since leaving.
